Systema Ryabko jest sztuką walki stworzoną na bazie słowiańskich tradycji. Jej druga i zarazem wymowna nazwa to "poznanie siebie".
It is a martial art created by Mikhail Ryabko based on Slavic martial traditions. It has been used to train special forces, security personnel, and civilians. Today, Systema Ryabko is an international community of instructors teaching on all continents. This community includes both civilians and uniformed service members.
Initially, Systema was known as "a way to know oneself." Practicing Systema is not only about recognizing physical weaknesses. During training, one should avoid anger, engaging in fights, and struggling. This approach allows practitioners to observe their pride and ego while working with others.
Practitioners are not required to possess extraordinary physical fitness or memorize specific positions and movements. No fixed patterns are imposed.
Everyone should find their own freedom of movement.
Participants are required to observe their emotions and tensions, care for their training partners, creativity, and the willingness to explore their own movement.
